Project Information

I bought this as a write off as most parts could be used for my project to
keep the budget down. Only the ignition side of the engine crank case
was damaged along with fork leg tubes. I got the crank welded and was
going to use longer fork tubes in my
build.

Lee at Steel Heart fabricated the frame and mono shock set up to lower
the ride height. Whist we set about making the rack, rear mudguard
supports and strengthening sections, stainless side panels, chain guard
and much more.

I formulated a Magenta Red Pearl colour for the wheels and adjusted
a Blue Pearl car colour for the bodywork, frame, chain guard and
mudguards. The bodywork was sanded, graphics applied and re-clearcoated.
