Project Information
We were asked to repair the N/S Rear Arch rust area on this customer's
Rolls Royce.
This area had previously been repaired and painted and was off colour to
the Rear Door. Once the arches rubber stone protector had been
removed, we cleaned up the rust areas, repaired and primed them with
Epoxy Primer.
The colour shade available was tinted and match by us to the adjacent
side panels, a formulation created to give us our base colour to be used
and also for future reference.
To overcome the previous off colour paintwork we blended our shade into
the N/S Rear Door, then Clearcoated both panels.
Once baked and allowed to cool, we fitted the parts back on and handed
the Rolls Royce back to the customer.
